Finding Career Clarity (1).png

Hey 👋 it's great to have you here.

If your career path feels a bit unclear or you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or even just looking for a new direction that finally fits, you're in the right place! I strive to create resources and tools that cut through all the noise to help you gain clarity quickly.

I created the Finding Clarity workbook after seeing how powerfully the original Industrial-Organizational Psychology Career Accelerator Workbook helped people get unstuck. What began as a tool for I/O psychology professionals quickly earned really great reviews in and out of my SEBOC course from our members — and once it launched on Amazon, I saw something important: professionals outside the field of I/O needed career clarity just as much.

Therefore, if you’re feeling stuck or uncertain about your next career move? Or maybe you're:

↪  A recent grad unsure what to do next?

↪ A professional feeling misaligned in your role?

↪ A career changer navigating your next step?

↪ Or simply craving clarity, direction, and confidence?

Wherever you’re starting, this workbook gives you the structure, insight, and guidance to move forward with confidence.

Two Pathways. Your Choice.

As always, you're in control of your next step. To make that decision effortless, I've narrowed down the options to the two highest-impact paths.

Option A: The Finding Clarity workbook. A low-cost guide designed specifically to help you uncover your strengths and map out your next move with a structured step-by-step process.

Option B: Clarity Boost Sessions, a micro-coaching option for fast, personalized clarity when you want real-time problem-solving and actionable direction.

Both are built to move you forward. The only difference is whether you prefer a guided self-paced structure or targeted strategic support.

“You are AMAZING!! I’ve been submitting the resume you helped me with and I’ve gotten requests for interviews from probably 75% of the ones I submit. Just this week I have 3, possibly 4 interviews!!! I applied for much higher paying jobs than I normally would and it’s working out well so far. So, you helped build my self-esteem as well.”
